Bruce Pinker does not smoke pot, but he did just spend more than $60,000 on marijuana. Dr. Pinker, a White Plains-based podiatrist, was the winner of a .nyc domain auction for the rights to marijuana.nyc, a prize he captured for the price of $60,920.
